We are working with a leading global investment firm, which following strong fundraising and continued growth, is looking to hire a Finance Manager to lead their UK finance function.
This is a highly visible position, reporting into senior members of the finance leadership team and acting as the primary point of contact across financial and regulatory accounting. The role includes monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, audit coordination, VAT, CASS and FCA regulatory reporting. You will manage a small team of two, overseeing day-to-day delivery while taking responsibility for quality, development and the overall standard of the function.
The firm is currently going through a wider group reorganisation alongside several system migrations and process upgrades. As a result, this is a particularly high-impact time to join, with the successful candidate gaining significant exposure to finance transformation and system change alongside core reporting responsibilities.
The firm is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 3-6 years' post-qualification experience, gained within an investment management, asset management or financial services environment. Candidates should be technically strong, confident owning end-to-end reporting, and able to demonstrate direct line management experience - managing permanent reports rather than project-based teams.
