Finance Transformation Lead

My client are currently seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Programme Manager to lead a high-impact transformation initiative, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation. This is a strategic role requiring excellent stakeholder engagement and programme leadership across finance, technology, and operations.

This is an Outside IR35 contract role for 12 months, hybird working and a minimum of 2 days a week in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation programmes, with a focus on D365 integration.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across finance, IT, and operational teams.
• Drive programme governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Manage third-party vendors and internal delivery teams.
  
  

Required Experience:

• Proven track record in Finance Transformation programme management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and also integration of other systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in construction, facilities management, or asset management sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with change management and business process re engineering.
