Financial Accountant – Media - £55k to £65k per annum (3 days a week in Central London)
My client is a well established Media company that have a vibrant and energetic culture and are looking for a an individual who wants to add value. This role suits someone who would enjoy the challenge of being involved in making system-driven improvements and being part of a collaborative finance team.
As a Financial Accountant you will have key responsibilities in the month-end accounting process, working closely with the rest of the financial accounting team, to close the books in accordance with our agreed timetable and to perform well documented balance sheet reconciliations on a timely basis.

Summary of the role
- Conducting monthly reconciliations for critical balance sheet accounts
- Preparing intercompany invoices, managing FX transactions, and validating balances ahead of period-end close
Your background
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Possess solid technical accounting expertise, with hands-on experience in complex areas such as consolidated group reporting or navigating multiple accounting standards
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to critically assess your own work and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
You will need to be a UK resident

This role will be based in London with flexible hybrid working.
