The site has played a key role in the development of the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring System and its successors, including FreeStyle Libre 2, FreeStyle Libre 3, and Libre Sense.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Witney. This is a key role partnering closely with R&D, Clinical Affairs Regulatory Affairs & Complaints managers to support planning, forecasting, and investment decision‑making across our innovative programmes.
In this role, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring financial clarity and accountability within high‑value R&D environments. You’ll proactively engage with cost centre owners, support capital project oversight, and contribute to month‑end cycles that help drive our business forward.

- Partnering with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Complaints managers to update and deliver forecasts aligned with business goals
You’ll be a proactive and analytical finance professional who enjoys partnering with technical and operational teams. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to challenge, support and influence stakeholders across the business.
To be successful, you will ideally have :
- Strong financial analysis skills with experience working closely with business managers
- Advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, modelling, etc.)
- Experience or background in management accounting (desirable)
- A confident, collaborative approach to business partnering
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial insights clearly
