In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts across industries such as Marine, Art & Specie, Energy, Construction, Financial Risks, and Property & Casualty. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth financial processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Investigate unallocated cash by working closely with brokers and clients.
- Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Manage high volumes of queries and resolve urgent issues efficiently.
- Provide detailed commentary on aged debt reports and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform root cause analysis to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Reconcile client statements and ensure compliance with Gallagher’s policies and regulations.
- Experience in purchase ledger, cash allocations, or accounts receivables in a large or complex business.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve root causes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- We will also be flexible on the above requirements for a fluent Spanish speaker.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for analysing and reconciling large data sets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, accountability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
