📍Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH) | 💰£75k - £80k

As the Financial Controller, you are the guardian of the “Source of Truth.” You will ensure our financial engine runs smoothly, delivering a timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close. Your work provides the foundation for our historical financials and SaaS metrics to feed into forecasting, providing the high-quality reporting necessary to support key strategic decisions.
You bridge the gap between rigorous technical accounting and the high-speed demands of a scaling tech business, working closely with the FP&A function and the wider business to drive operational excellence.
This is a growth hire, driven by rapid scaling.

A Bit About You…
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience.
- Proven experience operating as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager within a scaling, high-growth environment.
- Leading a high-quality, efficient month-end close and delivering board-ready reporting with robust reconciliations and clear audit trails.
- Strengthening financial controls, systems and automation to build a scalable, investor-ready finance function.
- Acting as the lead for audit, year-end accounts, VAT, payroll and broader tax compliance.
- Partnering cross-functionally to translate financial performance into commercial insight, while confidently challenging on accounting treatment where needed.
- Leading and developing the finance team, raising standards, improving processes, and embedding a systems-first, high-performance culture as we scale.

Salary
Basic of £75,000 - £80,
