Harmonic are partnered with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business to appoint Financial Controller into their London-based team.

The company has developed a mission-critical platform used by organisations globally to deliver high-quality decision-making in complex, operational environments. With a strong international footprint and backing from a leading global PE fund, the business has scaled rapidly to a global customer base and is gearing up for an exit in the mid-term.

As the company enters its next phase of growth, this hire will play a key role in strengthening the finance function and building scalable processes to support continued international growth. The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller will take ownership of global financial operations, leading the accounting, tax, and compliance functions across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining technical accounting expertise with operational leadership and project delivery. You'll play a central role in ensuring robust financial control, supporting international expansion, and driving improvements across systems and processes in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global financial operations, including the record-to-report process across multiple entities and jurisdictions

Requirements

• Fully qualified (ACA, CA(SA) or equivalent)
• Background in Big 4 or similar training environment
• Proven experience in a financial control or finance operations role within a multi-entity business
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance delivery and team leadership
• Systems-savvy with a track record of driving process and reporting improvements
• Ambitious, curious, and motivated to contribute to a high-growth environment
