Are you an analytical and commercially minded Financial Planning and Analysis professional looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, international environment? ProAmpac is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support strategic decision making through high quality financial insight and analysis.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior finance and operational leaders, contributing to financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering activities that drive operational efficiency and profitable growth. The role will report into our FP&A Director
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
· Conducting financial analysis to support operational performance, cost optimisation, and decision-making
· Developing and tracking key financial and operational KPIs
· Analysing actual performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances and key business drivers
· Building and maintaining financial models and scenario analysis to support business decisions
· Supporting continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes
· Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide clear financial insights and recommendations
· Assisting in strategic initiatives, including performance tracking and analysis as required
What we’re looking for:
· Experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role
· Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
· Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly to stakeholders
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
· Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (professional qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA/CPA desirable)
· Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
