FP&A Manager – Global Organisation
Our client a global organisation based in the city 3 days per week is seeking an experienced finance professional to join its central FP&A function. This is a high-impact role working closely with executive leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, drive business intelligence capability, and support strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a key role in consolidating group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while enhancing management information and analytics across the business. Working cross-functionally, the role focuses on improving data utilisation, identifying performance drivers, and delivering actionable insights to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely consolidated reporting, including flash reporting, forecasts, and annual budgeting.
- Produce high-quality management information for executive and board-level decision making.
- Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams to ensure effective information flow and collaboration.
- Develop enhanced reporting and analytics to identify key business drivers, trends, and performance opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Professionally qualified accountant or relevant postgraduate qualification.

- Demonstrated commercial awareness within large, complex matrix organisations.
- Strong analytical capability with experience handling large datasets and translating them into clear business insights.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with finance systems.
