Micheldever Group is looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our growing centralised operations support team. Reporting to the MFS Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all fleet work across the MFS and Protyre Group.

Location: Remote (travel to meetings required / local office, Southam or Micheldever)
About this role:
- Coordinate and manage the allocation, booking, authorisation and invoicing of all fleet work (tyres, SMR & MOT) within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain and utilise fleet systems such as Cameo, Centralised Diary Solution, Epyx 1Link, ViSN, R2C, and others to ensure accurate workflow management.
- Proactively oversee stock allocation and diary bookings across the Protyre retail centre network.
- Handle daily customer service queries, tasks and escalations from Protyre centres, call centre teams, customers and internal departments — ensuring timely and effective resolution.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Good IT literacy, including strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CAM or ITMS is beneficial but not essential.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide, (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees company wide.
To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.
