The Role: FLIGHT TECHNICAL TRAINER -BOEING
We’re looking for an experienced
Flight Technical Trainer / Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) to join our
British Airways Approved Training Organisation (BA ATO).
In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality, aircraft‑specific theoretical knowledge and technical training, supporting flight crew competence, examination success and safe line operations. Working within an approved regulatory framework, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our training remains compliant, consistent and operationally relevant.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering aircraft‑specific technical, procedural and performance training, primarily within a simulator‑based environment. You’ll ensure training delivery aligns with approved regulatory syllabi, BA SOPs and current operational practice, and that learner progress is effectively monitored and supported.
