The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organisation.
This is a commercially focused role working closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership team to deliver meaningful insight, enhance planning processes, and support strategic growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as a finance business partner, driving clarity, accountability, and performance visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process across all departments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Support rolling forecast cycles and reforecasting processes
- Consolidate revenue, cost, and capital expenditure plans across the business
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making
- Analyse monthly performance versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and recommending actions
- Support regular business performance reviews with commercial stakeholders
- Leverage reporting systems and BI tools to enhance financial visibility and planning accuracy
- Partner with department leads to assess the financial implications of commercial and operational decisions
- Support pricing, margin optimisation, and cost efficiency initiatives
- Prepare ROI models for significant capital investments and monitor performance against expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, automation, and reporting quality
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
