Eames is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed infrastructure business to appoint a strategic FP&A Analyst.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a practice-trained ACA with industry FP&A experience to step into a core role with significant exposure to both commercial and corporate finance within a rapidly scaling business.
Title: FP&A Analyst
Location: London, United Kingdom
Work Pattern: Hybrid, 3 Days Office
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Board Reporting: Prepare monthly KPI schedules and reporting packages for board presentations.
- Forecasting & Planning: Own the rolling revenue forecast, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
- Strategic Analysis: Proactively develop insightful analysis to identify trends, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Liquidity Management: Own cash flow forecasting across the business.
- Business Partnering: Partner with divisional heads to provide commercial insight, building strong relationships across both finance and non-finance functions.
Skills:
- Qualified ACA (Ideally Top 10 practice-trained).
- Prior FP&A experience within a heavy CAPEX or infrastructure business.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into a clear, strategic narrative for senior stakeholders.
- Experience working within a PE-backed environment is highly desirable.
