The Role

  • Revenue & Cost Management: Monitor revenue streams and cost structures, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Data Analytics & Technology: Leverage Excel, Salesforce and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) to extract and analyse data, develop dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and automation in financial operations, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.

  • The Ideal Candidate

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years in financial analysis, business controlling, accounting or consulting. Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, and process automation is a plus.
    • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract complex data into actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required) and experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, or other analytics tools is highly desirable.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic business setting.
    • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
