As our FP&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial insight that guides our strategic decisions. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis—helping senior leaders understand performance, plan effectively and drive the continued growth of a market‑leading care provider. We’re looking for someone who is highly hands‑on, comfortable working in the detail, and able to deliver high‑quality analysis and outputs at pace.
