All Front of House team members are also trained as Climb Guides - so you'll need to be physically able to walk across The O2's roof as part of the role.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in all front‑of‑house areas
  • Help meet and exceed retail sales targets
  • Guide customers through the climb experience with safety, clarity and energy
  • Engage confidently with visitors, sharing knowledge about all attractions at The O2
  • Work flexibly across Reception, Photography, Box Office, Retail and Climb Guiding

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service and a passion for great guest experiences
  • A friendly, approachable manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence using systems such as Outlook, Excel or ticketing platforms
  • Strong numeracy, literacy and administration skills
  • A team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues
  • Someone who stays calm, patient and empathetic - even when things get busy
  • Physically able to participate in and lead roof climbs

Where:
You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. You must be able to work a minimum of two days per week and two weekends per month. You give us your availability a month in advance and then we book you in for shifts and try and match what you have asked for as much as possible.

When: An assessment centre will be held on Wednesday 25 March and the role will start on Wednesday 8 April. You must be able to attend both in person to be considered for this role.
