Role Description

The Front Office Team Member will act as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and engaging welcome while managing check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities will include handling reservations, providing information about local attractions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication and teamwork, working closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Braemar.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in customer service, communication, and maintaining a welcoming demeanor
  • Experience in reservations management, handling check-ins, check-outs, and general front desk operations
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in hospitality software systems and basic computer skills
  • Capability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with various departments
  • Experience in the luxury hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest interactions
