We are seeking multiple talented Full Stack Developers to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative within a key UK Public Sector organisation. In this role, you’ll work as part of a dynamic agile team to deliver secure, resilient, and user-centred digital solutions that serve and support millions of people across the UK.

Core Skills
- Java Development: Expert-level Java with experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Data & Search: Strong proficiency in Postgres and Elasticsearch
- Agile Mindset: Deep understanding of Agile ceremonies, Scrum/Kanban, and a commitment to iterative delivery.
- Modern Methodology: Proactive advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), and CI/CD automation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and front-end components.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within a multi-disciplinary squad.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough peer reviews and ensure the codebase meets high security and performance standards.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex integration challenges and optimize search functionality using Elasticsearch.
- Security: Work closely with security stakeholders to ensure all features comply with government-grade security protocols.
