Description
- Deliver high‑quality service as part of a specialist team, managing volume litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
- Work with new processes and technology to take ownership of key tasks, supporting high‑profile client requirements.

- Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to best practice in litigation management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate a commitment to professional and personal development.
Profile
Qualified solicitors should have:
- Strong academic background (degree or equivalent).
- Solid experience in general employment law, including redundancy processes, unfair dismissal, and discrimination.
- Ideally, exposure to a wide range of employment matters, including employment tribunals.
- Experience managing volume litigation (highly advantageous).
- Ability to manage a high caseload and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong technology awareness and adaptability.
- Excellent drafting and clear communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience supervising junior lawyers, trainees, paralegals, or apprentices (desirable).
