You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing volume employment tribunal litigation on behalf of longstanding clients. The work is engaging, varied, and offers the chance to build deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Description

  • Deliver high‑quality service as part of a specialist team, managing volume litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
  • Work with new processes and technology to take ownership of key tasks, supporting high‑profile client requirements.
  • Collaborate within a supportive environment that encourages independence while maintaining a safe and inclusive team structure.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to best practice in litigation management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate a commitment to professional and personal development.

Profile

Qualified solicitors should have:

  • Strong academic background (degree or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in general employment law, including redundancy processes, unfair dismissal, and discrimination.
  • Ideally, exposure to a wide range of employment matters, including employment tribunals.
  • Experience managing volume litigation (highly advantageous).
  • Ability to manage a high caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong technology awareness and adaptability.
  • Excellent drafting and clear communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience supervising junior lawyers, trainees, paralegals, or apprentices (desirable).
