About The Role
Reports to the Financial Reporting Manager
The Real Assets team works closely with clients to support investments into the development and rental / sale of residential, senior residential and student accommodation, as well as commercial and retail space across the UK.
In this role, you will work within a small team of Accountants, assisting with the routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager.

About The Role
Reports to the Financial Reporting Manager
The Real Assets team works closely with clients to support investments into the development and rental / sale of residential, senior residential and student accommodation, as well as commercial and retail space across the UK.
In this role, you will work within a small team of Accountants, assisting with the routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining accurate accounting records, including the preparation of routine journal entries, inputting invoices and assisting with payment processing in Yardi, eFront or RealPage
- The candidate will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably having commenced ACCA Fundamental Skills level, ACA Professional level)
- Experience in either management accounting and / or financial statements preparation is essential
- Proficient computer literacy skills and ability to learn new systems
