Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has an exciting opportunity for a Fund Reporting Executive to join our Client Group within the Client Reporting team. This role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality, accurate, and compliant reporting to our clients, supporting RLAM’s commitment to excellence and responsible stewardship.

About the role

  • Deliver monthly fund factsheets and quarterly QIRs accurately and on time across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain RLAM/RLUM Fund Centres, ensuring all documents and fund updates remain current and compliant.
  • Manage and respond to inbox queries promptly, redirecting where needed.
  • Produce bespoke client and RI reporting content.
  • Ensure data accuracy by partnering with data providers and using tools like Sigma and Opus Nebula.
  • Support regulatory reporting (e.g., UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs).
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation opportunities, and sprint activity.
  • Demonstrate the Spirit of Royal London values and comply with FCA Conduct Rules.

 

About you

  • Experience in client reporting within financial services, with strong knowledge of factsheets, KIIDs and QIRs.
  • Responsible investment reporting experience desirable
  • Understanding of investment products across major asset classes.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and accountable.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office; familiarity with reporting tools such as Sigma and Power BI desirable.
  • IMC qualification beneficial.
  • Positive, collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
