GCP DevOps Engineer – Consultancy (Multiple UK Locations) - £65K-£85K

We’re partnered with a fast‑growing cloud transformation consultancy that is expanding its engineering capability and looking for experienced GCP‑focused DevOps Engineers to join their team.

You can be based from any of their UK offices, including Leeds, Halifax, Edinburgh or Bristol, with flexibility around hybrid working.

** Before applying, please note that you must be happy to work from one of the above office locations 2 days per week and be available for occasional on-site client visits. Travel to client site may include an overnight stop-over that will be expensed by the business **

This is an opportunity to work on one of their flagship programmes: building a next‑generation platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that will underpin a major transformation across the business.

You’ll join a highly skilled cloud engineering group, shaping cloud roadmaps, driving best practice and delivering high‑impact services at scale.

Experience required:

Strong DevOps experience with modern tooling and CI/CD practices

Hands‑on skills with GCP, hybrid‑cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code

Experience designing automated, API‑driven systems and improving cloud‑based services

Familiarity with tooling such as Git, Terraform Cloud, HashiCorp Vault, Harness and Jenkins

The ability to work collaboratively within an engineering team, review code, improve cloud services and uphold strong security standards

Curiosity, adaptability and a technology‑agnostic mindset focused on finding the best solution
