Description The Partner is a key leader responsible for the growth, strategic direction, and overall success of a thriving accountancy practice. This role focuses on increasing revenue and profitability by helping client businesses succeed, providing visionary leadership, and fostering a culture aligned with the firm's values. The Partner will drive the practice's long-term objectives, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Hub Managing Partner in delivering the overarching Xeinadin vision, values, and strategic goals.
• Provide strategic direction to the regional office, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s broader objectives.
• Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of leadership.
• Build and sustain high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, motivated culture where team members are inspired to achieve outstanding results.

Contribute knowledge and insights to enhance the firm's reputation and provide solutions that meet client needs.

Demonstrate expertise in accounting, tax, and compliance to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service.

Stay informed of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to guide clients and ensure the practice remains at the forefront of the profession.

Additional Requirements

• ACA or ACCA with at least 10-15 years in a professional services firm environment.
