Description
Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Commercial Performance Manager, based in Glasgow or Dumbarton. You’ll lead the strategic planning and optimisation of Aggreko’s global fleet portfolio, shaping how our assets are deployed, invested in and utilised worldwide.

Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil‑free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world‑class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.

What You’ll Do As Fleet Performance Manager

  • Lead the global fleet planning rhythm, establishing a clear, insight‑driven fleet plan covering availability, redeployment options and replacement needs, while proactively identifying supply chain risks in coordination with Regions, Procurement, Product Management and manufacturing hubs.
  • Drive the monthly Capex requisition process, validating technical readiness with Product Management and delivery feasibility with Procurement and manufacturing partners. Ensure alignment with strategic fleet objectives, readiness for approval within budget cycles, and maximise utilisation to minimise unnecessary capital expenditure.
  • Own global fleet movements, providing a consolidated view of asset availability and redeployment. Ensure tactical decisions support long‑term strategic plans and deliver the best outcome for the group.
  • Leverage advanced fleet analytics—utilisation, aging profiles, slow‑moving asset data—to inform decisions on retention, transfer or divestment. Translate insights into clear actions for regions and ensure alignment with capital efficiency objectives.
  • Develop and empower a high-performing Fleet Planning team, fostering a culture of excellence, capability uplift, best‑practice sharing and improved performance across the global Fleet community.

You Are

  • Experienced in demand planning, forecasting, operations planning or a related discipline.
  • Able to work across multiple regions or time zones in a fast‑moving, asset‑heavy environment.
  • Advanced in Excel and BI tools, confident analysing and presenting complex data.
  • A strong influencer with the ability to challenge constructively at senior levels.
  • A capable leader who can coach, develop and inspire a team.
  • Commercially minded with solid financial acumen, balancing operational needs with strategic capital considerations.

  • Here’s What You’ll Get

    • A generous benefits package including pension plan, bonus scheme and Life Assurance.
    • Generous holiday entitlement, with the option to buy or sell additional days.
    • Continuous personal development and career‑growth support.
    • Paid time off for volunteering in the community.
    • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support.

Our people are can‑do, positive, resilient and persistent. If that feels like you, apply now and build your career with the people bringing energy to the world.

Bring your energy. Grow your career.
