- Proven experience designing and implementing capability or functional enablement strategies within Technology and/or Data organizations, with measurable business impact.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders, influence without authority, and drive adoption of new processes, standards, and tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking enablement effectiveness, oerformance management metrics and using data (including engagement metrics such as eNPS) to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing (e.g., guilds/communities), and a growth mindset culture across teams.
