- Lead pricing and promotion analytics to unlock sustainable revenue and margin growth across key markets (UK, US, SE & ITB)
- Deliver actionable insights through pricing analysis (non-Power BI tools) to support both long-term strategy and short-term execution
- Evaluate and optimize promotional effectiveness, recommending improvements to campaign calendars and activation strategies
- Monitor and track RGM performance, including revenue growth and gross margin improvements (YoY)
- Regularly review category and brand performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, analytics, and central teams to strengthen RGM capabilities and mindset
- Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, or other fast-moving environments
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- Experience with pricing strategy, promotion effectiveness, and market data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships in an international setup
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluent in English
