As a Tax Associate, you’ll experience the power of collaboration as you work with diverse teams on real projects. Start by learning the fundamentals, including:
- Conducting a wide range of technical tax research
- Producing corporation tax computations for large corporate household name brands
- Working on a wide range of tax advisory projects
- Assisting the Global Tax Solutions team in winning new clients for the Baker Tilly International Network
- Being a key contact for the Baker Tilly International Network’s global VIP clients
- Building key relationships with colleagues from other Baker Tilly teams around the globe

What We’re Looking For
While a background in finance is not required, we do seek graduates with at least 112 UCAS Points (or equivalent) and a 2:1 degree. A genuine passion for a career in tax and finance, combined with the ambition to thrive, is what truly counts.
