What you'll be doing:

  • Translate customer needs into practical, outcome‑focused security solutions.
  • Shape security strategy by defining priorities, direction and clear roadmaps.
  • Provide assurance through audits, assessments and compliance programmes.
  • Guide bids and new opportunities with strong security leadership and insight.
  • Promote security awareness, best practice and team engagement across the Cyber Security community

  • What you’ll bring:

    • Leadership experience in GRC, risk, assurance or security governance.
    • Hands‑on experience with security control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, Cyber Essentials Plus).
    • Ability to turn policy into practical controls and clear risk narratives.
    • Proven experience leading audits, assessments and remediation activity.
    • Strong contribution to bids and pre‑sales, shaping security responses.
    • Ability to coach, mentor and develop colleagues at all levels.

It would be great if you had:

    • Background in MOD environments.

If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!

    Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Working from home but with visits to sites along the M4 corridor will be more of an as needed basis.

Clearance Level: Ideally, you will already hold SC or DV clearance, or be eligible to obtain it.

    Internal Recruiter: Lee

    Salary: Up to £90,000

Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund
