About The Role...
Liberty Corporate Finance , now a part of Cooper Parry, is a corporate finance advisory firm specialising in supporting management teams involved in private equity transactions. Owned and managed by ex-Big 4 professionals and over 50 years of combined experience, we ’ve advised on more than 400 deals worth over £100bn across a wide range of sectors and geographies. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for a Graduate Analyst to join our expert team and help deliver market-leading advice to CEOs and management teams.
You’ll be w orking with the Partners on;
Liberty Corporate Finance , now a part of Cooper Parry, is a corporate finance advisory firm specialising in supporting management teams involved in private equity transactions. Owned and managed by ex-Big 4 professionals and over 50 years of combined experience, we ’ve advised on more than 400 deals worth over £100bn across a wide range of sectors and geographies. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for a Graduate Analyst to join our expert team and help deliver market-leading advice to CEOs and management teams.
You’ll be w orking with the Partners on;
- Management advisory roles (100%)– Advising management teams on their commercial terms when working with p rivate e quity h ouses , typically in s econdary buy-outs – Deal size £50m to £4bn+
- Workstreams: Pitch preparation, m odelling p rivate e quity structures, review and comparison of p rivate e quity h ouse terms, e xit modelling, comparison and evaluation of commercial terms received from p rivate e quity h ouses
- Deal support to the team leader

Your Skills And Experience
- Graduating or graduated within the last year with a q uantitative academic d egree achieving a 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
- Post-graduate degree (e.g. MSc, MBA)
- Demonstrate strong quantitative fundamentals, such as a chieved a n “ A ” in A level Mathematics
- Evidence of relevant work experience or internships in finance / transaction services.
- Client facing – positive attitude and work ethic
