What You’ll Be Doing

In your first year of this role you will rotate around our civil and structural disciplines as part of our graduate programme.

  • Undertaking civil & structural analysis for various types of buildings using their understanding of civil & structural fundamentals.
  • You will be fully supported by our experienced team of civil & structural engineers and technicians.
  • Working on a variety of projects which will enable you to develop your practical skillset, knowledge of various materials, sectors considerations and commercial & environmental awareness. You will also be invited to attend our Head Start Programme which will provide support and guidance during your early career.
  • Supporting the business with delivering cost effective, energy efficient and environmentally sustainable projects across many different sectors including education, high-rise, residential and student accommodation, commercial and healthcare.
  • Designing new buildings through to adapting, refurbishing our principle of applying intelligent design, flexibility and innovation remains constant whilst ensuring we meet our clients brief.

  • What You’ll Bring

    • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or in your final year studying towards this
    • Keen to share your ideas about how we can do things better
    • Great communication skills developed through well-rounded life experience - academically, socially and in any previous work situations
    • Enthusiastic and ambitious to learn and progress
    • A problem solver with strong communication skills
  • Personal organisation skills, and the ability to work well within a team
  • Right to Work and live in the UK
  • A knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Applicants with some work experience in engineering, either through work experience or as part of an academic course, are ideally sought.
