Are you looking to start and develop a career as a Civil or Structural Engineer with a multi awarding winning property and construction consultancy, working on exceptionally varied and diverse projects?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil or Structural Engineer (2025/2026 Graduate) to join our experienced and talented team in London as part of our Evolve Graduate Programme commencing in October 2026.

Our graduate roles are real, genuine roles in our teams - you will play an important part in providing exceptional service to our clients and be exposed to a lot more client activity than you may be at the bigger consultancies. Our projects include large residential, industrial, and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes and working for interesting clients including motor manufacturers, Schools/Universities, healthcare providers, contractors, developers etc.

What you need to do to be effective in this role

  • Produce structural engineering work packages from initial concept through to completion
  • Produce calculations packages for Building Control submission
  • Undertake survey inspections and produce written reports in good English on findings, set out in a logical manner with appropriate recommendations
  • Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
  • Represent the company at external meetings with clients, contractors, and fellow professionals
  • Deliver work to a fee and to timescales agreed
  • Prepare client / project proposals
  • Agree design philosophy / design fundamentals

  • The skills and experience you need to have for this role

    • Accredited civil or structural engineering degree at 2:1 or above achieved in 2025 or 2026
    • Right to Work in the UK, without requiring visa sponsorship
    • Some experience of drawing packages such as Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam would be an advantage
