What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Construction Manager at Balfour Beatty, you’ll step into the role of a trainee site manager, supporting the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in overseeing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and helping projects run to time and quality expectations. This role gives you real responsibility from day one, developing your project management, commercial awareness, site operations knowledge, and leadership skills.
Who we're looking for
For Graduates with a degree in a Construction Management or relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
