Position Summary: This is a full-time graduate position within the FP&A team working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office).
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate FP&A Analyst to join our Pioneer Graduate Programme. This Graduate FP&A Analyst role offers a strong foundation in commercial finance and a clear pathway to meaningful responsibility from day one.
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the business, contributing directly to the insights and analysis that inform key operational and commercial decisions. Early on, you will develop financial models, evaluate product performance and support strategic initiatives across areas such as pricing, supply chain and patient access. You will analyse the drivers of performance, translate data into actionable insight and help shape decisions about future direction.
We’re looking for someone who is a naturally curious, analytically minded and who enjoys solving problems with data.
