AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a Graduate Maintenance Planner to be based at Stansted Airport, working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline.
The successful Graduate Maintenance Planner will be a self-motivated individual who is able to demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment. With a fleet of 600 aircraft, including the introduction of the Boeing 737-8200 “Gamechanger”, Ryanair offer exceptional career opportunities and progression within the industry.
The successful Graduate will be based in Stansted Airport and work closely with the engineering department to gain an excellent knowledge of all aspects of aircraft engineering in Europe’s leading airline. If you have planning experience and wish to extend your knowledge, this will be an excellent opportunity gain experience in Europe’s leading airline.

The Role
- Maintenance Control Planning Support and Deferred Defect Planning.
- AC Base Change/ Liaising with Flight Operations Control regarding required aircraft base swaps.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Computer literate – knowledge of Word & Excel
- Self-motivated
- Aviation background/degree
- Have previous experience in an aviation industry planning role ideally
- Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
