Business Graduate Scheme
This programme has been developed for graduates who demonstrate a strong interest in understanding how a successful organisation operates. Encompassing strategic planning, commercial decision-making, and the management of people and culture.

Engineering Graduate Scheme
This programme is for engineering graduates who have a strong interest in applying their technical expertise within a dynamic, multi-discipline environment. This programme will offer you exposure to mechanical and electrical projects.
Criteria
- To join our programmes, you must be studying for a relevant degree and be on course for or have achieved a grade 2.1 or above.
- All our graduate roles are based in Ballymena, with travel required. You must be flexible and willing to travel and work between our sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.
