You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and will start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team. You will become a recruitment specialist in one of our division’s; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing or Property Management and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
• Sourcing, screening, short-listing and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
• Multi-tasking and prioritising workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
• Working alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect’.
