What You’ll Get
- £25,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission, with realistic Year 1 earnings of £35,000+
- Clear progression, with early hires already stepping into senior roles: SDR → Senior → Leadership/Account Management/AE
- Hybrid working, one day per week from home
- Exposure to UK and US clients
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team
- Full onboarding, sales training, and 1:1 mentorship
