Salary: £26,100 basic + Uncapped Commission (No Thresholds)

Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from business development to candidate placement
Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
Consult and advise clients on hiring strategies
Source, screen and place the best talent within your chosen specialist sector
Work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
