To provide administration to the Community Assessment and Rehabilitation team and assist the main admin team by providing support to Reablement, Frailty, Dietetics and the Greenwich Neuro rehabilitation teams when necessary.
Main duties involve answering telephone calls from public and staff both internal and external, processing referrals to the services and ensuring appropriateness and accuracy of information. The post holder will be expected to act as a central point for information and communication for the rehabilitation and assessment teams.

- Education to GCSE/CSE level C (or equivalent) and above in English and Maths
Experience
Essential
- Experience working in health or social care setting
- Experience of working with public
- Experience of taking minutes in formal or multidisciplinary meetings
Desirable
- Proven experience of working in a busy office environment and able to undertake duties required
Skills

- Use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
