Group Financial Accountant | PE Backed Real Estate | £60k - £70k | London
I’m currently partnering with a high growth, PE backed real estate business that has scaled rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions.
They are looking to hire a Group Financial Accountant into the central finance team in London. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to gain exposure to group reporting, acquisitions and technical accounting within a fast paced, private equity backed environment.
The role will involve:
• Preparing and filing statutory accounts for multiple UK subsidiaries
• Supporting corporation tax filings alongside external advisors
• Performing monthly balance sheet reviews and technical accounting analysis
• Supporting acquisitions including review of completion accounts and post deal accounting
• Assisting with the year end audit including purchase price accounting and fair value adjustments
• Driving improvements to finance systems and processes as the group continues to scale
What they’re looking for:
• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong technical accounting background
• Experience preparing statutory accounts and working with auditors
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, multi entity environment
• Strong Excel skills, experience with Sage Intacct or CaseWare advantageous
Package:
• Salary c.£60,000 - £70,000
• London based role
• Exposure to a PE backed, acquisitive real estate group
