Eton Bridge Partners have exclusively partnered with a high-growth B2B business focussing on delivering sustainable, AI-enabled digital infrastructure. This role offers lots of exposure within a fast-paced environment with the backing of a highly reputable, large cap PE fund deploying significant capital. This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting to the CFO, offering the opportunity to mature a growing finance function in an exciting industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of group-wide financial reporting, ensuring the production of timely and high-quality consolidated results in compliance with applicable accounting standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Establish and maintain a best-in-class financial control environment, including oversight of statutory reporting, external audit processes and the integrity of the Group’s financial statements.
- Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to formulate the business's short to medium financial and strategic plan .
- Manage the Group’s capital structure and financing arrangements, including oversight of debt facilities, covenant compliance, hedging and relationships with lenders, investors and external advisors.
- Develop and enhance the finance function, driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and governance, while building a high-performing and scalable team.
Successful profile:
- Experience operating in an infrastructure or asset heavy business is ideal.
- Comfortable being hands on in an immature/early stage business.
- Communicate effectively with other business partners and stakeholders.
- Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent

Our client supports hybrid working, with the expectation of working from their Central London office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
