Location: Hampshire (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
The Opportunity

With continued growth and investment, the business is now looking to appoint a talented Group FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and supporting senior leadership decision-making.

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead group-wide financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting. You’ll act as a key business partner across multiple divisions, driving insight and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive performance
- Enhancing FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
- Supporting strategic projects, including investment appraisal and business cases
- Managing and developing a small, high-performing team
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong Group FP&A experience within a large or complex organisation
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Advanced analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
