Growth Lead


EachMoment is building a category-defining digitisation company.


We help people preserve the moments that matter most. Our growth depends on finding scalable, efficient ways to get our Memory Box into more homes. We believe that the best acquisition strategy is not limited to digital ads. It includes distribution, partnerships, referrals, offers, operational creativity, and unconventional growth channels.


We are looking for a Growth Lead to help build that engine.


This role is responsible for developing, testing, and scaling customer acquisition strategies beyond

traditional paid media. You will identify new routes into the home, launch experiments quickly, measure what works, and turn successful ideas into repeatable growth channels.


This is a high-ownership role in a company operating at significant pace. It suits someone who is highly creative, highly commercial, and comfortable doing hard things in ambiguous environments.



What you will do


  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on efficient customer acquisition
  • Find scalable ways to get EachMoment’s Memory Box into more homes
  • Launch and iterate on new distribution, referral, partnership, and offer-based experiments
  • Work across growth, operations, product thinking, and commercial execution
  • Build processes around successful experiments and scale them quickly
  • Track performance closely and make decisions based on results
  • Operate with urgency and a strong bias for action
