Growth Lead

We believe that the best acquisition strategy is not limited to digital ads. It includes distribution, partnerships, referrals, offers, operational creativity, and unconventional growth channels.
We are looking for a Growth Lead to help build that engine.
This role is responsible for developing, testing, and scaling customer acquisition strategies beyond
traditional paid media. You will identify new routes into the home, launch experiments quickly, measure what works, and turn successful ideas into repeatable growth channels.
This is a high-ownership role in a company operating at significant pace. It suits someone who is highly creative, highly commercial, and comfortable doing hard things in ambiguous environments.
