About Elyos AI

We’re building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents. Our agents answer calls, reply to emails and WhatsApp messages, make bookings, take payments, and operate the CRM in the same way a human would.

We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 batch. Our founders spent four months in San Francisco living and breathing AI. Since then, we’ve been growing revenue ~30% month on month and shipping fast. It’s been wild so far - and we’re just getting started. We recently raised a $13m series A to turbocharge our growth.

As our Founding Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll have a direct impact on our growth trajectory. You’ll work closely with the Founder to shape how Elyos scales across the market.

We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to own lifecycle, performance, SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and website conversion, building the analytics foundation that ties it all together. This is a hands-on role. You’ll design the system, run the experiments, read the data, and ship improvements yourself.

You’ll be the tip of the spear for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Founder to design our marketing team and strategy, from scratch
  • Define and execute content strategy; social, website, events etc.
  • Run performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and other acquisition channels.
  • Design best-in-class events to convert customers; customer dinners, trade shows, talks
  • Create, build and then scale our SEO and AEO strategy
  • Own the website - messaging, experimentation, and funnel optimisation.
  • Design and maintain the analytics stack: attribution, dashboards, cohort analysis, and reporting.

Reporting:

  • Define growth KPIs and create tight feedback loops with sales and product.
  • Own lifecycle marketing end to end; ideas, activation, expansion, and re-engagement
  • Run fast, disciplined experiments and turn what works into repeatable systems

Experience

  • 4+ years in performance marketing roles or relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record, and ideally experience building growth infrastructure from scratch.
  • High-execution mindset: you have a bias towards action, just getting it done
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup where you build as you go
