Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater London for a Head Bartender. The Head Bartender will oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality beverage standards. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, creating innovative drink menus, managing inventory, training junior bar staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The role also requires collaborating with the management team to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build positive guest relationships and work effectively with team members.
- Expertise in Bartending, including drink preparation, mixology, and the ability to create signature cocktails.
- Experience in Food & Beverage service, with a strong understanding of pairing drinks and menu consultancy.
- Proficiency in Cash Handling, including operating POS systems and managing transactions accurately.
- Ability to lead and train team members, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a senior bartender or supervisory role is highly beneficial.
