What we are recruiting for:
This is a senior technical leadership position requiring a minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry combined with expert-level capability across the Microsoft BI and data stack. You are someone who can architect enterprise semantic models, write optimised DAX at scale, build streaming datasets for live operational reporting, prepare and structure data for AI consumption, perform rigorous statistical analysis in R or Python, and manage the full development lifecycle under source control - all grounded in deep knowledge of how construction projects are commercially and operationally managed. You'll own the organisation's reporting capability - board packs, finance reports, operational dashboards, and executive KPIs from site level to boardroom. You'll work directly with finance, commercial, operations, and project teams to define, build, and maintain the reporting the business runs on.
