We currently have an exciting new full-time opportunity for a
Head of Children’s Integrated Commissioning to lead and ensure the delivery of the Council’s Children’s Services strategic commissioning priorities, embedding the voice of children, families and communities in all commissioning decisions where possible.
This high profile, strategic leadership and management role, is a specialist one within Children’s Services that requires a highly experienced system, leader with extensive experience of commissioning, procurement and children’s social care.
We a looking for a very experienced, senior commissioning professional with demonstrable high-level skill and knowledge in commissioning and procurement. Someone who can successfully engage with a range of stakeholders from politicians, senior leaders and partners (such as the ICB), to children and their families to ensure the efficient, effective, best value, user focussed, high quality evidenced based commissioning of services for children and their families.
To help us achieve our aims and objectives we are looking to recruit someone who shares our passion and vision and who has a desire to commission excellent services for Ealing’s children, families, and communities. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering the Connected Communities vision through a strategic asset-based commissioning approach that involves children, families, communities and other stakeholders.

Please note that this post is based at Perceval House (Ealing Broadway) with some remote working (expected on site a minimum of 2 days per week, and more when required). Some work is done within Ealing communities and so will require travel within the borough on occasions.
