What You'll be Doing

- Turn commercial plans into reality — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and risk management across all projects.
- Build and maintain financial models to estimate, forecast, and monitor project costs, ensuring budgets and margins are tracked accurately across the Business Unit.
- Oversee cost allocation and cost accounting processes, ensuring project costs, purchasing, and quotations are correctly aligned to financial governance standards.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, HSE, Quality, and other leadership peers to overcome challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
- Spot risks and opportunities early, implement solutions, and ensure teams consistently deliver contractual and financial targets.
- Work strategically and practically — balancing commercial priorities, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Shape the culture — set the standard for accountability, commercial awareness, and pride across all teams while promoting a can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
