The team
This is an opportunity to lead the commercial team at the heart of a key new customer acquisition channel for our business. We work with a large network of brokers who connect us with SME customers looking for business finance. The channel is made up of three key functions:
The role
We're looking for a leader for the Commercial part of the Broker team. You will be responsible for a proactive, data-driven approach to growing the channel and empowering the Relationship Management and Ops parts of the team to serve our broker network in the best possible way. If you have experience running a growth-focused team and a passion for using data to make smart decisions, you will thrive in this role.

The salary
We expect to pay from £100,000 to £135,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
