A word from our Managing Director - Tennis Development, Olly Scadgell
“The Head of Competition is a pivotal role within the Tennis Development Directorate’s senior management team, leading a critical function of the business supporting both the participation and performance areas of the game. We place significant importance on the role competition plays in developing and retaining people within tennis and padel, from grassroots through to the performance player pathway. This role will lead the delivery of a clear and ambitious Competition Strategy across Britain, shaping an accessible, welcoming, enjoyable, and connected landscape that inspires more people to play and compete. I am looking for a proven leader, who wants to make a real impact on the future of the sport".
